(a) There is no authority except from God; existing authorities are instituted by God (Romans 13:1).
Resisting the authorities is resisting God's appointment and brings judgement (Romans 13:2).
Rulers are not a terror to good conduct but to bad; do good and receive approval (Romans 13:3).
The ruler is God's servant for your good and punishes the wrongdoer (Romans 13:4).
One should be subject also for conscience' sake (Romans 13:5).
Authorities are ministers of God attending to governing, so taxes, respect and honour are due to them (Romans 13:6-7).
(b) Any four: obeying school rules; being punctual; respecting teachers and prefects; avoiding fights, cultism and examination malpractice; reporting wrongdoing; keeping the school clean; doing assigned duties; settling complaints through proper channels.
