(a) Any three: contained in one document (or a few); usually rigid, needing special procedure to amend; supreme over other laws; clearly sets out the organs of government and their powers; contains fundamental human rights; easy to refer to in disputes; judicial review by the courts.
(b) Any three: small size of the country; homogeneous population (common language, culture, religion); no serious fear of domination among groups; need for strong central government and quick decisions; limited resources to run many governments; to promote national unity.
