Model answer

(a) The believers shared their goods; Barnabas sold a field and gave the money (Acts 4:32-37).
Ananias and Sapphira sold property and kept back part of the price with each other's knowledge (Acts 5:1-2).
Ananias brought the rest as if it were all (Acts 5:2).
Peter said Satan had filled his heart to lie to the Holy Spirit; he had lied to God (Acts 5:3-4).
Ananias fell down and died; young men buried him (Acts 5:5-6).
Three hours later Sapphira came and lied about the price (Acts 5:7-8).
Peter asked how they agreed to test the Spirit; she fell down and died (Acts 5:9-10).
Great fear came upon the church and all who heard (Acts 5:11).
(b) Any three: honesty in giving; God punishes lying and hypocrisy; we cannot deceive God; spouses should not agree in sin; discipline keeps the church pure; reverence for God.

Explanation
