(a) Pharaoh pursued Israel with 600 chariots and overtook them by the sea at Pi-hahiroth (Exodus 14:5-9).
The people were terrified and complained (Exodus 14:10-12).
Moses said, "Fear not, stand firm, and see the salvation of the Lord" (Exodus 14:13-14).
The pillar of cloud moved behind Israel, giving darkness to Egypt and light to Israel (Exodus 14:19-20).
Moses stretched out his hand; a strong east wind divided the sea and Israel crossed on dry ground (Exodus 14:21-22).
The Egyptians followed; God clogged their chariot wheels (Exodus 14:23-25).
Moses stretched out his hand again and the waters drowned the army (Exodus 14:26-28).
Israel feared the Lord, believed Him and Moses, and sang praise (Exodus 14:31; 15:1).
(b) Any two: God fights for His people; trust God in crisis; obey God's instructions; God punishes oppressors; thank God for deliverance.
Narrate Exodus 14, then two lessons.
