Show the model answer
(a) Live quietly, mind your own affairs and work with your hands (1 Thessalonians 4:11).
So you may command the respect of outsiders and be dependent on nobody (1 Thessalonians 4:12).
Keep away from idle brethren (2 Thessalonians 3:6).
Paul worked night and day to avoid burdening anyone, as an example (2 Thessalonians 3:7-9).
"If any one will not work, let him not eat" (2 Thessalonians 3:10).
Busybodies should work quietly and earn their own living (2 Thessalonians 3:11-12).
Do not grow weary in well-doing; warn the idle as brothers (2 Thessalonians 3:13-15).
(b) Any two: working hard at honest jobs; avoiding laziness and begging; respecting every kind of work; training in skills; supporting oneself and family.
Outline 1 and 2 Thessalonians on work, then two ways.
