Model answer

Elders should tend God's flock willingly, not for gain, not domineering but as examples (1 Peter 5:2-3).
Younger people should be subject to the elders (1 Peter 5:5).
All should clothe themselves with humility toward one another, for God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble (1 Peter 5:5).
Humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God so that in due time He may exalt you (1 Peter 5:6).
Cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
Have unity of spirit, sympathy, love of the brethren, a tender heart and a humble mind (1 Peter 3:8).
Be subject to every human institution for the Lord's sake (1 Peter 2:13).
Servants be submissive to masters, following Christ's example (1 Peter 2:18-21).
Wives be submissive to husbands; husbands live considerately with wives (1 Peter 3:1-7).
Situations (any two): when one is promoted to a position of authority; when one is wealthy or successful; in disagreements in the church or family; when corrected or criticised; serving under a younger or poorer person.

Explanation

Use 1 Peter 5:1-7 mainly, then two life situations.
