(b) (Nigeria) High cost of aircraft, fuel and fares; few modern airports and poor facilities; bad weather (harmattan haze, storms) disrupts flights; accidents and poor safety record; shortage of skilled personnel; poor management and corruption; carries only small loads; few routes and connections; power failures at airports; insecurity.
