(a) Any four: access to a wide range of learning materials; online and distance learning; communication between teachers and students (e-mail, forums); research for assignments; online registration and results; educational videos and games; saves time and cost.
(b)(i) Corrective maintenance – fixing faults or errors in hardware or software after they occur.
(ii) Adaptive maintenance – changing software or hardware so it keeps working in a new environment (new OS, new rules).
(iii) Preventive maintenance – regular checks, cleaning and updates done to stop faults before they happen.
Corrective = after the fault; preventive = before it.
