(a) Any four, explained: fast door-to-door delivery of letters, documents and parcels; collection of items from senders; tracking of items in transit; delivery within the country and abroad; insured/secure delivery of valuable items; proof of delivery; cash-on-delivery services.
(b) Any six, explained: provides telephone (fixed and mobile) services; internet/data services; text messaging (SMS); e-mail and video conferencing facilities; mobile money/payment services; broadcasting links (radio/TV transmission); fax and telex; creates jobs; links businesses with customers and suppliers locally and internationally.
