(a) Any five: bad roads/potholes; poorly maintained, old vehicles; reckless driving and speeding; drunk driving and drug use; disobedience to traffic rules; corruption of traffic officials; unqualified drivers with fake licences; overloading; lack of road signs and lights; poor enforcement.
(b) Any five: establishment of FRSC (1988) and VIO; speed limiters in commercial vehicles; driver's licence tests and new number plates; road safety campaigns; road construction and repair; penalties for traffic offences; mandatory seat belts and crash helmets; emergency rescue services.
