Model answer
(a) Justice is fairness: giving every person what is due to him, treating people equally and impartially according to law.
(b) Scale: balance; weighing the evidence of both sides fairly before judgement.
Sword: power and authority of the law to enforce judgement and punish wrongdoers; double edge shows justice can go either way.
Blindfold: impartiality; justice is blind to status, wealth, tribe or religion, so all are equal before the law.
