(a) The use of information and communication technology (internet, mobile and digital platforms) by government to deliver services, share information and interact with citizens and businesses.
(b) Any five, explained: faster and more efficient service delivery; transparency and less corruption (fewer face-to-face dealings); reduced cost of governance (less paperwork, travel); easier citizen participation and feedback; better record keeping and data for planning; improved revenue collection (e.g. e-tax, TSA); wider access to services in remote areas; ease of doing business, attracting investment; job creation in the ICT sector.
