Any five, explained: to consumers – good quality, safe goods at fair prices, honest advertising and labelling, after-sales service; to employees – fair wages paid on time, good and safe working conditions, training, fair promotion; to the community – amenities such as roads, water, schools, scholarships, sponsoring sports and culture; to the environment – avoiding pollution, proper waste disposal, restoring land; to government – obeying laws and paying taxes; to shareholders/owners – fair returns, accurate information, protecting their investment; to creditors and suppliers – paying debts promptly.
