Show the model answer
(a) A lawyer asked how to inherit eternal life; he quoted love of God and neighbour, then asked "Who is my neighbour?" (Luke 10:25-29).
A man going from Jerusalem to Jericho fell among robbers, who stripped and beat him and left him half dead (Luke 10:30).
A priest saw him and passed by on the other side (Luke 10:31).
A Levite did the same (Luke 10:32).
A Samaritan saw him and had compassion (Luke 10:33).
He bound his wounds, pouring on oil and wine, set him on his own beast and took him to an inn (Luke 10:34).
He paid the innkeeper two denarii and promised to repay any extra (Luke 10:35).
Jesus asked who proved neighbour; the lawyer said, "The one who showed mercy"; Jesus said, "Go and do likewise" (Luke 10:36-37).
(b) Any three: helping strangers in need regardless of race or religion; giving first aid and care; spending one's own money for others; taking risks for others; following up on someone's needs; showing mercy rather than excuses.
Narrate Luke 10:25-37, then three points.
